    • Get an NCCP number

    • Create a Locker account

    • Explore the Multi-Sport and Athletics modules, decide which coaching stream fits you best

GRASSROOT

RUN JUMP THROW WHEEL

  • Elementary Age Athletes

  • Foundations of all sports and physical activities

  • Any teacher, coach, recreation leader, or parent is capable of delivering the Run Jump Throw Wheel program!

INTRODUCTORY

SPORTS COACH

  • Generalist coach at school or club

  • Learn basics of all events

  • Sprints, jumps, endurance, throws technical elements

  • Learn to plan training practices 

INTRODUCTORY

CLUB COACH

  • Coach one specific event group at High School / Provincial level

  • Event-specific in-depth technical analysis

  • Design and Manage sports program

COMPETITION

PERFORMANCE COACH

  • Coach must be club coach  and coaching U20 and higher at national level

  • Support competitive experience in national competitions
